Zezogap designs and builds detailed wooden wall maps and accepts returns from all regions listed above. All amounts are in USD. Prepaid return labels and all taxes/duties are covered by Zezogap where eligible.

Eligibility Rules (Wall Art)
Items must come back new, unused, and undamaged. Crucially, they must show no signs of having been mounted or installed, including:
Used, missing, or altered adhesive tape/pads.
Scratches, dents, or water damage to the wood surface.
Any modifications (painting, drilling).
Items that have been installed, glued, or altered can be returned only when Zezogap confirms a manufacturing issue or verified carrier damage.
If Something is Wrong (Damage, Defect, or Wrong Item)
If an item arrives damaged or has a fabrication fault, Zezogap will make it right. Return shipping is covered. Zezogap sends a replacement or issues a full refund in USD (including any original shipping paid).
Change of Mind (Preference Return)
You may request a preference return within 30 days if the item is unused and properly packed. Zezogap pays the return shipping. After review confirms all pieces are present and in like-new condition, Zezogap refunds the product price in USD. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for preference returns.

If the issue is damage or a defect, contact within 72 hours and attach clear photos. Zezogap will issue a prepaid parcel label.
Packing Guidance (Wall Art)
Secure all individual map pieces, ensuring they do not shift. Reuse the original sturdy, flat box and protective foam/corner guards when possible.
